Great experience. Great customer service

Was shipped the wrong part and took a really long time to get the correct one. The communication was lacking, couldn't get info for tracking for a long time. I'll probably buy elsewhere going forward.

At the begining all was great with the order I placed on line. I was notified several times that a package UPS 2nd Day was coming and it did. BUT, the equipment I paid for was not shipped, it was something totally different. I ordered two monitor modules and was sent two smoke detectors. I called backup and I was told that I have to ship the wrong parts back and will not receive the correct parts until you receive them. Well that doesn't help me at all. Now that I have made my customer upset and frustrated I still do not have the parts I should have had on September 23rd, 2021. Well I will think twice when ordering again as it seems your shipping department has issues.
