I ordered a CO monitor to replace one that was 14 years old although it still seemed to be working. The one to be replaced was no longer available and I ordered one that I assumed was the latest model but unfortunately it was not compatible with my security panel which I thought unusual since it was made by the same company. I requested to return the monitor and a very nice lady named Lily told me exactly what to do. I immediately received my RMA and I will receive a refund minus a 5% restocking fee. Very good customer service and I can highly recommend this company.
