Recently used FleetMilne to rent an apartment in Birmingham City Centre and it's been a seamless experience. From initial enquiry to getting the keys, I've had constant communication and updates.

We have recently handed the property we rented back to Fleetmilne, the process took a little longer than we expected as there was some confusion regarding the status of the property when we moved in (there was no deep clean due to the first lockdown). I had two apartments let through FleetMilne. The set up of the business is highly efficient, organised and they were very quick to find the right tenants. No vacant periods, as one moved out FleetMilne ensured another, carefully vetted tenant moved in. Fees were always competitive and represented good value.
