I was able find the item I needed easily and quickly. I like the detail information on the item I purchased to help me decide on the correct product.

Fast ship, good robust product. Taller ofc. Chair casters working great. The 3” caster with 3/8-16 thread stem with a 33mm hex bearing top to tighten it with, was not easiest to install. (Large needle nose Vice-Grip pliers with thin tip worked.) I then got a 33mm crows foot wrench head (1/2” drive) on Amazon but I will now grind ~1/3 off its 7mm thickness to get it thin enough to fit. Do you sell thin ones to install casters with? (I didn’t see any.) If not, that would help, and also improve your profit. Your costs are higher than Amazon, but that’s expected to get a much higher quality more durable product that I expect to last much longer.
