Just installed them today 12/22. If you want feed back, ask me again in 6 months. One of the swivel casters was stiff on the swivel. I'm expecting it to loosen up with use.

Great consistent service every time

Products on the website are well described. Prices are good. Product variety is good and includes some items I could not find elsewhere. Delivery and email communication was quick. My only reason for not going to 5 stars is that I ordered two very similar casters to check out which wheel material met my needs better. The casters arrived in separate unmarked plastic bags. I want to order more of one of them, but I do not know which is which and I can't tell from the photos on the website.

I did my research before ordering these casters online for my pottery, barn office chair. They fit the style of the chair perfectly and I had no problem installing them. Very happy with my purchase. I have laminate wood flooring and use a chair mat. The castors roll fine/smooth.
