My order was on time and accurate

1. First rate product. Nothing loose or rattling, either in the box or in the product. 2. Wide selection. I chose 3” poly wheels with brown wheels, to match all of my cabinets and tools. These are replacement/upgrade casters, to replace factory supplied products. 3. Delivery was practically instantaneous, shipping from PA to CA. I ordered online, Sunday, expecting two-weeks for delivery. The casters arrived on Wednesday. That’s FAST for factory-direct. 4. They’re not imports! I prefer to buy local products, keeping the money within US borders. That was easy, since the imports weren’t really cheaper. 5. Perfect fit. I bought these to upgrade from factory original on a 1954 Shopsmith Mark 5. They went right into place and I now can roll my Shopsmith across my patio-brick work area, without catching in the cracks, shaking all the tools out of their holders, or waking the neighbors.

Everything was perfect - quality, service, shipping. I like the improved brakes. However, I have to add that I ordered these to replace a similar set I'd ordered in 2016, which had deteriorated to the point they were disintegrating. I suppose these aren't designed to be outside on a barbeque grill for 8 years in Houston weather...

I like the casters. The 4" dia rolls nicely

I needed for my chair to be a little taller, these wheels did the trick. I don't need to sit on a pillow anymore.

Casters were received well package with plenty of paper packing. The packing tape was starting to come loose on the bottom of the box but was still intact. Casters are swiveling heavy duty #2500 load and are mounted under back of 5th wheel camper. Time will tell on how well they work. Very fast delivery time a plus.
