The shank of the caster was too thin. I had to wrap duct tape around it so it would stay in place.

The shipment came within a few days and the casters I ordered were perfect for the chair I wanted to replace the old ones with. These are such an improvement over the originals and I appreciate that my wood floor is protected.

Our company has a utility cart that was purchased over 15 years ago and it is still in great shape but due to the amount of use it gets the wheels have been worn down and a few were even starting to bend inward towards failing and falling off. The casters ordered were a perfect match and lined up great! The cost to replace the old worn-out caster wheels was extremely reasonable and arrived quickly. Great service!

I bought 5 chair wheel casters online. The total cost including shipping & handling (S&H) was $40.02 . After receiving, I realized I bought the wrong size. I called the number on the order sheet. I was told to send them back for a refund of the caster cost to my credit card and that I could order the right ones over the phone. I did just that and identified the correct product code for the 5 new casters. I was not told the price of the casters nor the cost for S&H, and did not receive an email confirming what I bought and the cost. When I received the new casters, a packing sheet was included but it did not contain a cost. I called again to request the cost and was told it was $85.20 I asked for an explanation and was told the new casters were more expensive and that a different shipping carrier was used, which cost more, but I would be given a $15 credit to my charge card. I went back on line and found that the cost of the 5 new casters, including S&H, would be the same as the original cost. By ordering on the phone, and not inquiring what it would cost, I would have paid more than twice of the on line cost. Because of the $15 refund, my cost is still about 75% more. Very unhappy. In a follow-up discussion with a SC rep, I would be receiving a refund equal to the difference between what I paid for the new casters and the cost for them if they were purchased on-line.
