Great experience! The casters are holding up the body of a 1970 Mach 1 and roll easily, steer just as easily and good, solid brakes. They were delivered in short time and packaged well with no shipping damage.

Strong wheel, had to drill out to 1/2” axle diameter. The wheel covers were pop out and the bearing was not restrictive of the larger diameter. The cover laid flat for the drill press boring. Fabbed up nicely.

Customer service was very helpful. However I ordered, (my error), the wrong casters & Service Caster made it easy to return at my shipping cost, (only a few dollars). I did have to follow up to get my refund with a phone call as the refund didn't show up on my credit card when it was received at the facility.

These casters are great. I am unable to change out the grip bushings, but your casters really hold and roll so much better, that I am able to put my equipment back in service again. This was my second time ordering casters and this time, delivery was really quick and your prices give me a lot of bang for the buck. Thank you.

My order # was 411419 for 4 SCC-SSR630. I would have appreciated a suggested bolt 4". But no bolt in the wheels, So I went to your web site, no bolts showing. So I called and was told you have bolts but to many to list. I understand that. Putting the right tempered bolt in these wheels is important. I spoke with Nathan on the phone, who was quite professional and nice given that I was feeling a little burly. He helped me choose the right product and shipped it same day. Will buy again.
