I was pleasantly surprised they got here so fast. They even beat an order that I made out 3 days before I ordered these. Everything is all mounted, all 12 of them, with no problems.

I contacted Customer Service to see what replacement casters would fit my Microwave cart. I sent pix in to show what was originally on the cart. James Posta responded quickly and gave me several options to use. I was able to order the 2 replacements. They are heavy-duty, well-made and fit just right. Also, they were delivered super fast! Very nice and pleasant Customer Service experience.

Seemed like a reasonable price. The 6" phenolic 2000 pound casters were delivered quickly and were well packaged. I do wish they had multiple views and dimensioned drawings of the caster to help with selection and application considerations. (Things like the offset of swivel, diameter of the swivel race, actual drawing of hole pattern (rather than just a description), etc.)
