Quality casters, fair price, delivered quickly

I recently purchased a standing rack for my workout equipment (weights, kettlebells, etc.) that was pre-drilled for casters that the company no longer sells. I had been trying to track down third-party casters for weeks but was repeatedly told that the specs for the rack foot were non-standard and that casters with the required matching top plate weren't available. I eventually called Service Casters and spoke with Les, who could not have been nicer or more helpful. He had me email him the specs, and about an hour later I received an email from him telling me that he's tracked down a top plate that matched my specs and was looking for some casters that would work for me. The following morning he emailed me again to say he'd identified a caster that was exactly what I was looking for, and a few hours later sent me a quote for a great price. I ordered them immediately. The casters are perfect: exactly what I needed, very affordable, and easy to install. I wish I'd called Service Caster first. Thanks, guys!
