I have been using Pocketpills for about two years now and I will never go back to using a regular pharmacy. The service has been amazing. They always let me know when a prescription is due or when they are about to ship my medications. Everything arrives intact and on time. If I need advice or want to speak to a pharmacist they arrange it for me very quickly. I am extremely happy with this service.

Quick dillivery and not long for wait times for it to arrive

They first say it will be delivered Dec 30. Then it gets put to Jan 3rd. Late on the 3rd I get an email saying it will be there between 6 and 8, but I'm an hour and a half away from home. 8 min from home (according to GPS) and I get a call from the courier at 6:10 saying that they are there and can't wait. Pocketpills assures me (both verbally and by text) that the driver will return before 12 the next day. Wait at home all day and noone shows up. Send a message and pocketpills says they will let me know Monday what happened and when it will be delivered. Monday afternoon and crickets. I call and I can't even get the prescription back from them to get it filled at a real pharmacy. Tomorrow it will be 2 weeks that they've had the prescription and I still haven't received it. They charge a premium price and the "free" delivery.....they charged me $10 for shipping. It's the holding my prescription hostage and not releasing it so it can be filled at a real pharmacy that's the biggest issue Edit: Sent the message as instructed for a call back from a manager......no response. Edit 2: It took awhile but a supervisor called me and transferred the prescription to my local pharmacy.

So convenient. Despite the inability to upload my meds, it is so easy to use the autofill and not have to worry again!

I’ve used Pocketpills for years now and have never had any issues. They handle everything for you and there’s no delivery fee. I like that you are also able to talk to a pharmacist if you have any questions. There’s no reason for me to ever step inside a pharmacy again. Love Pocketpills!
