I had a medication on file that I wasn’t taking anymore. obviously, I didn’t refill the medication. I just received yesterday the meds! They send me a text saying that the prescription is getting ready and to know if I needed to talk to a pharmacist about it. I didn’t answer thinking it was probably a glitch as there is no refill on files and that my doctor wouldn’t agree to refill as well as I changed meds. I just called them and said that if they don’t hear from the customer, they go ahead and ask for a prescription to the doctor. As they DIDN’T hear back from MY doctor, they asked a Telus online doctor to approve it. Who I never heard of. So now I have meds I don’t need at home. Is it me or that could be dangerous and probably also illegal??? Without saying that they once left my med in the lobby of my apartment like an Amazon package !! Used to like pocket pills but now I’m So not impressed with their services!!

This company and its app make my life SO much easier. Ordering is very easy. A reminder via text comes to reminder me that a medication is due for renewal. Paying is very easy, you can ask them to delay if need be. Then I’m told when it should arrive, when it’s out for delivery and when it’s delivered! If my medication runs out of renewals they will message my doctor for me. So convenient!!

I can't believe how EASY the process was! I placed an order on Friday night, and by the Monday afternoon my pills were at my door. The amazing thing is, it's a one stop app for getting refills, supplements, and minor health support. Amazing, so glad I discovered this through my insurance.

Edited review. While they let me down with the initial delivery experience, when I was able to get in touch with them they made extra efforts to help. The real problem in the end lay with FedEx, which missed four successive delivery windows then made me cross town to pick it up in person; Canada Post would seem a better option. I appreciated Ms Deacon's rapid, helpful and forthcoming response.

Yesterday, my meds for hypertension ran out. What happened to my 'auto-refill'? I texted PP and received, "Would you like to place an order?" I've been receiving this same med for over three years! Update: I received a call from PocketPills this afternoon. Very pleasant and apologetic rep. They will expedite my order asap. Doctors make mistakes, pharmacists make mistakes, PocketPills makes mistakes. However, they are quick to acknowledge and remedy. My respect for this company has been renewed. Thanks folks.
