Canada | 30 October 2024Exceptional service! I never have to worry about forgetting my/my husband's medications. They take care of renewals, following up with doctor for any doubts etc, and insurances are covered. So one less thing to worry about :)

Canada | 25 October 2024Direct communication via txt and quick response time make this company really great to work with. They contact your doctor directly for prescription refills and have online Drs available if needed.

Canada | 23 October 2024This company works so slow to complete prescription orders… you have a location in the GTA yet im being charged $10 for mail carrier? That is really bad.

Canada | 28 September 2024They scheduled my second round of a prescription to ship out when I ordered my first. In my dashboard it showed as scheduled to deliver (i checked several times over a 6 week period) but pocketpills apparently had no idea and the delivery date is a stat in their province so they never would have been able to fill it the first place. they said the order showing as "scheduled" was a systems glitch and basically tried to shift blame on to me for not having the prescription on auto-fill... as it showed as scheduled i assumed the medication would be delivered on the scheduled delivery date. At no point during the 6 weeks it was showing as scheduled, did pocketpills notice or contact me. I sent them several screenshots showing where it states the monday delivery and i essentially got an "oopsie.. it wont happen again" My medication is time sensitive so they ended up having to transfer it to a local pharmacy so I am able to get my dose in time, I will be sticking to the local pharmacy as it ended up being 10% cheaper and I can rely on them to fill my RX when they say they will. Additionally super happy I tried this RX with them first before transferring my asthma medication as i may have likely been without an inhaler as well. It is very clear to me that for a company working in the health sector, they have very little care or oversight for their client's wellbeing

Canada | 15 September 2024Very satisfied! I was paying 75$ monthly for testosterone compound cream for perimenopause symptoms and pp is 81$ for 3 months! Unbelievable! Thankful our NP steered me to them 🌻

Canada | 13 September 2024I have been on hold for an hour trying to speak to someone. They said medication should be delivered by today, says shipped but at the top of the screen it still says preparing order. No customer service to actually speak to. No actual tracking numbers. Marked item as shipped when it wasn’t actually shipped. On top of that you pay a premium. Go with an in person pharmacy where you can actually speak to someone or pick up same day/get trackable delivery. Walmart and Costco are almost $80 cheaper for this medication

Australia | 10 September 2024I brought one of these but I don't think you meant to take them out of the foil or the packet and they've got expiry date...

Canada | 22 August 2024Even though I have a higher % coverage, I’m switching back to my old pharmacy. The number of times that I need to deal with incorrect or delays etc just isn’t worth it. When I call, I’m on hold for what seems like ever, but the part that pushed me over the top is the “help” inability to listen, then telling me they “understand”. That statement gets me irritated. I suppose they’re assuming that by me saving a few $ I will put up with second rate service. I won’t.

Canada | 13 August 2024If I can rate this as ZERO I would This is just a disappointment. After another I've been using pocket pills for more than a year now and I just went under surgery for a pancreas transplant and I've called one of the agents to request a call with a supervisor in regards to changes to my medication after surgery that needed to be accommodated on origin basis to avoid rejection of the transplanted organ. I requested the supervisor arrange for a same-day delivery due to the urgency of the medications when I was told that this is something that they do only on emergency basis and she didn't feel that. My case with anti-rejection medication is really something that she classifies as emergency, so she said that this is something that she can work on to deliver in the next day or two. Unfortunately, I requested the call with a supervisor straight from the agent as I assumed that this will make my life easier explaining the situation to a professional supervisor that may understand the situation better and health provide a better customer experience to someone in pain and in urgent need for attention, but instead the phone call went into a meaningless conversation with a person who definitely need better training about defining urgencies and attending customers needs better If you are are on serious medication and if you are a patient that would require attention and proper customer care I would advise you strongly not to use pocket pills

Canada | 01 August 2024Horribly expensive, my prescription which costs $246 at Costco costs $320 from Pocketpills. I am on a larger dose, that they must not have so they charged for the small dose twice. $640 a month. Tried to change to a local pharmacy and they charged me for another month anyways. Not worth the “free delivery”.

Canada | 26 July 2024Don't use them, they're horrible. They don't listen to their customers and screw things up constantly.Stick with whoever you're with, don't go with them

Canada | 17 July 2024When they first started they honestly were a great service. Everything was easy and prompt. Now when you try to talk to them or ask questions you are treated as if you're an inconvenience to them. They also changed how deliveries are handled, they will happily leave tempurature sensitive medication in the sun and then try to charge you out of pocket to send you more. I suppose that method generates more income for them but feels disingenuous to the customer.
