Replied to every e mail. Phoned me several times to keep me informed. It goes on. Perfect example of customer service/care. I know have my stunning transit custom wasp which I’m delighted with. Before purchasing my New Ford Transit Custom on a lease to buy i researched lots of different companies to buy from! After getting several quotes and even going into Fords i got in touch with Swiss Vans to see what they had to offer. I received a phone call from a very professional Jordan. Jordan asked what i was looking for, my budget and what kind of quotes i had already got. I give Jordan all the figures i had received from many Companies and after a very quick response he bettered them! With no hesitation whatsoever we agreed terms and i bought the Van with the exact spec i said i wanted! With me only being 24 and just setting up my own Company i thought the finance may be an issue but with very little hassle And bother Jordan sorted all of this out. I was kept informed of progress throughout the factory order, and consulted on every step as my desired MODS were fitted. Can't speak highly enough about Dave Watkins at Swiss Vans, I contacted 3 companies who offer modified Transit Customs with a specific list of requirements, only Swiss and another company replied to me and from these, Dave at Swiss was the only person who showed much interest. For the next two weeks, changing my mind about the spec of the van a few times along the way, Dave was on the phone with me numerous times each day probably to the point where the deal wouldn't be profitable for him personally due to the time spent and I'm sure other brokers would have given up, eventually he found me something very close to what I was after, he sorted the finance quickly and got the van on order. Two weeks later and he had the van ready for collection, living in Northern Ireland I requested delivery to Cairnryan port which was no problem for Dave, I got the first boat over in the morning - the van was waiting for me at the port and I hopped straight back on the same boat home. The WASP kit looks stunning on the van and everything I ordered was present, right down to the winter tyres. Altogether a very pleasant experience and not the usual hassle of dealing with van salesmen, these guys are well trained, not pushy and very approachable.
