Very happy with my new van from swiss vans. Jimmy dealt with my order expertly from start to finish. There was no pressure or hard selling, jimmy just helped and advised me when I needed it. This is the first time I've purchased a new van and I have been very impressed with how straight forward it was all made. Jimmy also worked hard to have all of the extras complete and the van delivered to me by the deadline I had. Would highly recommend, much better service and price than from the main dealer I had visited (and about 4 months quicker).

Im going to give an honest review of my purchase from swiss vans. I ordered my t6 in 22nd Nov and was told i should have it in 3 months I said ok but might as well wait till march for the 17plate. The van was delivered on April 12th 4 and a half months. ok so i did have extras on the van heres my gripe! do your research as there are a lot of things i would have added if i had face to face with a dealer!! i added the sat nav upgrade all singing all dancing unit apart from i can't connect to app connect as this is another add on which cannot be retro fitted as you need a different usb connection! so no extra maps and no voice control. I also would have fitted power mirrors as I've already had 1 knocked off and VW said yeah its a common thing!! should have fitted power mirrors!! Also when i ordered the van i told the sales man i don't want tail gate i want barn doors! I have barn doors with windows so now all the thieving scum can see all my power tools and all the electrical equipment. although I am pleased with the van and the price research what you want as Swiss vans could have given more info of the vehicle so i could have checked it out more. My own fault i suppose and also I had to chase after 4 months to see where my van was!!

Absolutely brilliant service all round ! Dean was informative, prompt and left me with no unanswered qustions. And the Van was breathtaking I still cannot stop looking at it !!

Our ford transit custom limited van was delivered late (promised before Christmas but came a week into January) and the sat nav and reversing camera that was fitted has never worked properly. We informed them of this and were told that it would be sorted. Nobody got back to us after our initial complaint. Despite numerous phone calls to try to sort this, and promises from Swiss vans to repair it and call us back, we are still waiting for this problem to be resolved- 4 months later. They say they will ring back and sort it but not one phone call has been returned. We have sent two more emails this past week trying to get a positive response but have not heard anything at all. This has been going on since January. So disappointed.
