The baddest thing I never seen

A friend of mine lost a family member. When I called to tell customer service they weren't received they sent me a delivery photo and its not even her front door.

This florist has our vote! I was thrilled to see that I could order online on a Sunday night a bouquet of peonies -- yes, peonies! for my sister's first day at her new firm! Just the thing to remind her of our childhood roots in Nebraska, where Dad cut armloads of peonies every spring. We were also able to upload a family photo and a corny poem we wrote for the occasion! All great!... The delivery next morning was fast! but I received a text that the delivery driver could not complete the delivery because the firm was 100% remote on Mondays!! aaaaargh! Ode a la Rose worked with me on a contingency plan! The flowers went back in the refrigerated delivery truck, back to the refrigerated workshop, and were redelivered first thing next morning! Big Splash! Happy Sister! Impressed co-workers! But unfortunately, by the following morning, their extra ordeal was causing them to look a little frumpy instead of grand... within hours, Ode a la Rose had redelivered a perfectly fresh bouquet! This really made our day, as well as my sister's! Thanks to all the customer service team at Ode a la Rose, as well as the florists and delivery people!!

Same day delivery. Flowers were delivered on time and looked exactly like picture. Friend loved them! 100% recommend and will be a return customer!

Sent 25 peony stems in a vase to a family member. They were shipped to her residence and arrived perfectly in their box. She was beyond thrilled to receive them! She sent me a picture of them, and in this picture, the peonies looked just as lovely as they did in the picture that Ode a la Rose sent me to show me how the bouquet looked as it was leaving for shipment. I’m a repeat customer, and my recipients are always beyond excited to receive Ode a la Rose’s breathtaking flowers.

Beautiful presentation of flowers! They arrived in a box with the "actual" flowers from the picture I choose online (I find some florist substitute and the arrangements look different than what you choose). The personal photograph you can send with the card was such a great touch! I will use them again!
