United States | 28 October 2022My daughter sent my husband and me "35 stems for our 35th Anniversary" which was indicated on the included card from her. The arrangement only had around 15-20 flowers. When I inquired about this they said that the green filler counted as "stems." This seems pretty misleading. Beware of this business practice.

United States | 23 October 2022Worst ever - suburban delivery is horrid - or shall i say non-existent. This is the third problem i have had. Flowers never arrived. Customer service is not available. Again. Awful. Just awful. I was hopeful bc its so pretty in the city. Never again. So sad to have missed the occasion - again. Dont bother calling or emailing. Ive called twice and emailed twice. Its a scam. So customer service finally responded. First they said they would refund only my delivery fee despite the fact that flowers never arrived. Then, they did agree to give me a full refund. I will see if i get it. So sad to have missed an important occasion either way.

United States | 03 October 2022My order of one dozen roses were delivered in the morning and left at the front door. By the time my daughter got home the flowers were all brown on the edges because it was quite warm that day and the roses wilted. Truly disappointed

I have never used Ode a la Rose before and thought I would try them, since their website showed absolutely beautiful roses with lovely presentations. The roses arrived exactly during the time frame promised and were a beautiful hot pink color, as depicted on the website. I would definitely use them again!

United States | 02 October 2022I've ordered 3x previously and been very satisfied with the product, however the service seems to be going downhill at least in DC. I asked to confirm a specific color range for a bouquet ( I know it is not exact to photo) and requested "no dark Fall colors". The bouquet arrived replete with oranges and burgundy rather than the brights requested. It took more than 10 minutes to place the call as the service agent was having language difficulties, or it was simply hard to hear because she had a barking dog in the background the entire time, all of which to say the recipient ended up with a grammatically incorrect note card. I repeated it and spelled it multiple times and she said "I know I know" and still got it wrong. When I brought all this to the attention of customer service, I was asked to send a photo of the bouquet which perplexed me as they had sent me a photo, which is how I know the colors were incorrect. This led to multiple back and forths with customer service automated responses asking me to send back the photo that they had sent me to begin with. Ode started out as a great idea but clearly in trying to save money by offshoring customer service the quality has really dropped. Urban Stems here I come.

Not only did we receive an email to confirm that it had been delivered but we also got a picture of the bouquet . It was beautiful and Lisa was delighted. We recommend Ode à la rose !Merci beaucoup pour cet excellent service.

They used the wrong vase and sent a fake photo to me of the flowers they sent, my friend received them and sent me a photo and they looked 3 days old upon arrival. Do not splurge on this florist it’s not worth it at ALL!!!! Their manager was rude and condescending.
