Terrible. From the moment I needed to reschedule the delivery, no one ever answered the phones for 3 hours staright! Then to the delivery: The huge bouquet was left by the mailboxes!!!! And top it off, spoke to a "manager" who needs some customer service skills asap. Absolutely disgraceful. I was not heard, and I will rethink to use of your company for all our future needs.
