I had booked my car for 5 days & paid money by credit card. On day of receiving car, this company cancelled my car booking without informing me or any message & given booking to other person @double price considering heavy demand & refused me to give even other any car @ same price because they were getting more money for same We suffered a lot & struggled to get other rental car @ even higher price so please please neither believe on this company nor expect any updated message for cancellation of booking

Netherlands | 31 March 2025very disappointing experience!!! We rented a car from Cizgi Rent a Car at Antalya Airport for a week, and this was one of the worst rental experiences we’ve ever had. First of all, there was no windshield washer fluid — a basic thing that should be checked before handing over the car. Even worse: the tires were in terrible condition. The car was slipping in almost every turn, especially in bad weather, and made constant squeaking noises. We had to drive for 5 hours through mountain roads and felt unsafe the entire time. Even though we drove carefully, it felt like something could go wrong at any moment. This is completely unacceptable. We’ve rented from Cizgi before and were usually satisfied, but this time was truly shocking. A rental car should be thoroughly checked before being given to a customer, especially for crucial things like tires and fluids. That clearly didn’t happen here. We are extremely disappointed and are starting to lose trust in Cizgi. Safety should never be compromised. This needs to be taken seriously.

It unilaterally cancelled all the contracts, disrupted my travel plans, and made me spend a lot of money in vain. Their contact number can't be reached. I'm a foreigner and I can't contact them without Whatsapp. I've been to many countries to rent a car, and it's the first time I've encountered difficulties. Obviously, he has full insurance, but he refuses to settle the claim with insurance.. I think the car rental company deliberately confuses the liability for damages and lacks transparency. I have doubts about the legality and fairness of compensation. I really regret choosing this company. I feel like a clown

We inquired about car rentals as residents of Turkey, but she responded unprofessionally and ended the conversation in the middle of our discussion. When we reconnected, the same person responded again, telling us that we could not rent a car and then abruptly ended the conversation once more. This is not about company policies; it is about how poorly their customer service representative treated us.
