Satisfaite de ma commande, cependant beaucoup d'emballage pour un petit objet.

Il prodotto richiesto soddisfa pienamente le mie aspettative. Ho potuto scegliere tra una gamma molto ampia di articoli e ottenere anche una personalizzazione L'ordine è stato evaso molto rapidamente e anche la spedizione e consegna sono avvenute nei tempi prestabiliti. Ottima la qualità del prodotto ricevuto

I do lots of online shopping but they are the worst. I ordered a Delsey pet carrier from their website on the 25th of November. I waited a week and then asked about the status. They said the item is not in their stock so they will start the refund process. After another two weeks, I asked and saw that they had changed my order status to canceled(which means there was no action for 3 weeks in total). They also said it will take around a week. This was a month ago. I asked one more time but they did not even return. Today is the 5th of January and I still did not get my refund(41 days in total and increasing). I raised this to my credit company but looks like they have not returned their calls also. Just stay away from them.

Medaglietta come in foto, peccato che i caratteri del numero di telefono siano molto vicini e difficili da leggere, soprattutto gli zeri che sembrano numeri otto.

Medaglietta arrivata in tempi brevissimi (neanche due giorni) nonostante l'ordine sia stato effettuato nel periodo natalizio. Articolo perfetto, così come l'incisione. Grazie!!!

Beautiful and great quality! I ordered a black and ocre leather harness together with the leather leash. Both are really nice and my Chow Chow looks so cute when wearing them!
