I live in Australia and the pet store over here that stocked the dog tag I had previously purchased over 2 years ago no longer stock this item and I couldn't find one anywhere. After a little research I found it came from MyFamily Italy and via Instagram was able to get in touch directly to ask them how I could purchase some from them as their website would not allow me to do so from Australia. They got onto the issue straight and asked me to hold tight as they worked on it from their end and within a few days sent me another message telling me the issue had been resolved and I could purchase directly myself on-line. I did so and now my baby (dog Patsy) has her new dog tag (as the old one fell off while playing at the park and I couldn't find it) and we are both incredibly happy and grateful. Thanks to the entire team from MyFamily as this was something that meant a lot to me.

Cercavamo una targhetta personalizzata per la nostra cagnolina Olimpia e abbiamo scelto il modello a forma di palla da basket. Il prodotto è bellissimo, esattamente come ce lo aspettavamo, con un design curato e materiali di qualità. Anche il prezzo è giusto, e la consegna è stata rapidissima e senza problemi. Siamo davvero soddisfatti! Consigliatissimo!

Im very happy of the service and the products. The size of the collars is exact as per the size chart and leaches as described. It would be nice to choose a different font for the Tag engraving, but the one that is engraved looks good too - clearly readable. I love the tracking—the function of the Memopet. Still need to get used to it and connect all items with the app, but so far looks fine. Just not sure how well it tracks in the long distances yet.
