United Kingdom | 05 July 2018I've had exactly the same issue as another customer. My colour cartridge was down to 1/6 and I got an error message, colour print quality had been absolutely fine and I didn't get a run out of ink message. I tried printing in greyscale and it wouldn't, despite the black ink being well over 1/2 full. Really annoying. I replaced the colour cartridge and could then do my b/w printing. A pop up then offered me some kind of reward for installing yet another genuine HP product, I clicked a bit, but it was way too involved to be a simple prize so I gave up - it all seemed really tacky. No matter how cheap their printers are don't buy one and expose yourself to these inky scams. HP if you had a functional complaints department I would have complained more privately and you would have had a chance to explain. Your business strategy is stupid if you not interested when your products fail.

United Kingdom | 18 June 2018Shocking customer service. I have (unfortunately) bought an HP printer which keeps on dropping network connection. I called HP Support, spoke to a very agressive woman who told me that the engineer would call me back. - When? (in the background: Woman: "when are you gonna call him? / Man: - **** knows) Woman: at 12:00 today. Guess what? No call, no show, and no print.

United Kingdom | 12 June 2018Unfortunately I cannot give zero stars Purchased £1000 printer. still under warranty with next day recovery developed 3 faults 7days of phone calls, two engineer visits, two replacement printheads and a month later printer still faulty. They informed me that the warranty was not a guarantee and was dependant upon availability of parts which was why it has taken so long. This would have been okish had they not accidently sent the parts to my address received the very next day.they sat there for a few days until engineer attended. very deceptive. Depite insisting for days that the faults were, soifware, laptop. User, then Settings related, the last engineer fixed two of the faults disproving their claim.. My new business has not been operational for a month now and customer relations insist this is a reasonable amount of time. And I'm still waiting for a response. In addition has not responded to email sent through Resolve.

United States | 19 May 2018I HAVE A HP ENVY 5660 ALL IN ONE. I DONT THINK I WILL REPEAT A PURCHASE OF THIS MANUFACTURER. SINCE DAY 1, THE COPIES ARE HAVE NOT BEEN CLEAR LIKE THE COLOR PAGE YOU HAVE TO RUN AFTER CHANGING THE INK. I HAVE HAD THIS PRINTER NOW (KEEP SOMETHING TILL IT DIES IN ORDER TO SAVE MONEY) 4 YEARS. I ONLY ORDERED INK FROM THEM ONCE-IT WAS QUICK DELIVERY. BUT THEIR INK MAY RUN (REG.)GOOD 1/2 WAY THRU THEN START BLOTCHING AND/OR OVER COLORING THE PRINTS I HAVE RAN TOO MANY MORE COPIES TO GET MY COPY RIGHT..

United Kingdom | 16 May 2018I have had nothing but problems with this printer. Supposed to be on a package where they send the ink before it runs out.Working fine now it asks i put in correct ink cartridge - its the ones you send!! Last time this happen took ages to fix then they sent a replacement which is what we pay monthly for so never run out f ink. You cannot speak to any person. Help on line sends you round in circles. I have sent an email to customer support STILL WAITING in mean time cannot print things. If not sorted soon i will cancel the monthly package as it does not work. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

United States | 15 March 2018This was probably the worst customer experience I have ever received. They had me on the phone for 3 hours trying to fix my envelope "smearing" issue. They kept saying it was in the "settings." We're still covered under warranty and it is obvious they do not want to use their resources to send out a tech to fix it. So they decided to waste my time instead and still have not fixed the issue. We hired a local person to come and service our issue. He was dumbfounded with the idea that they were trying to have me change something in the settings. Will never purchase an HP printer ever again. Think twice before you make a purchase because there is a warranty!

United Kingdom | 18 November 2017Sadly very poor recent retail experience. Registered my new printer on HP website. It only gave a 5 month guarantee. The printer was under a week old. Sent message to HP. They replied saying that this error had been corrected. Checked a few days later. No correction. In the meantime printer not working. Tried online support. Got message saying " this model is no longer supported". Tried HP forum. Got replies saying cannot help, probably a warranty problem. Online support again said "model not supported" a few days later. Had to phone support help. Arranged a call back at a mutually agreeable time. No call. Decided to return printer to high street retailer. This was effortless :) Phone support call came too late. HP lady apologised for this but printer already returned. Under the circumstances I cannot help but think it was basically a faulty device that was being resold...lots of wasted time. Currently looking at other makes!! Owned 4 various HP products in the past with no problems...
