I was sent the wrong item and it is yet to be resolved (despite sending an email as soon as the item arrived) therefore my review is based on company experience rather than the actual product.

Third child, had a good idea of what I didn’t want in a nappy bag but wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, was really hoping to wait until shops reopened but needed a good bag. Took a guess and it’s great, service good. Very happy.

Excellent level of service - bag is big and roomy and will be able to fit plenty of baby things in.

I absolutely love this back pack. I got it for my 4 year old and he is absolutely in love with it. It is perfect size, easy to color and washes off with washable marker. The washable part is aweaome because my baby can color it over and over and when he gets bigger he can use a more permanent marker for keeps. Super aweaome bag.

Easy to order and quick delivery. Only downside (which isn’t too much of an issue) was I got notification of a delivery day but it didn’t turn up until the day after. Just a glitch in the delivery system I expect. Sturdy products and overall very pleased!

I have purchased the Jade Navy bag. It looks very nice, practical, good materials. The main issue is that the velcro straps are very short and I cannot attach it to the Mamas and Papas pram. I wonder why they have not thought of that? L.E My fault, I did not attach it correctly, thank you for clarifications.
