Babymel kept me informed with the delivery process every step of the way. My product was delivered within the estimated time. On arrival the product was a little damaged, and after reporting the damage, the customer service team responded very quickly with no issues and have sent a replacement. They also made the point of me keeping the damaged back with the current times we live in. I could not recommend Babymel more highly and will be making sure to use them as often as possible. This bag is well worth the money. It is strong and not heavy, with lots of compartments for odds and ends. The changing mat is perfect.

Very satisfied of our Robyn Convertible Backpack! Nonetheless I have to warn my UE fellows of the issues caused by Brexit and the current Pandemic: customs fees are to be payed (23 euros) and the delivery time was longer than expected (2 weeks). The customer service kindly kept us informed all the way of the process. It would be wise to warn customers about these newly applied customs fees before the purchase!

Really love my new changing bag. It’s really sturdy so will last a long time and it’s really cute so although a practice purchase I am still happy with it. I liked how when the bag arrived there was tags all over it as a reminder of the use for each pocket and shows you the multiple ways you can wear the bag or attach to your pram. Quick delivery with regular update emails which I always like with confirmation, dispatch and arrival emails. Great service and great product. Thank you
