First time user, communication with Drone Base was good, delivered on time, mostly what I requested. Look forward to working with them again in the future.

I feel that the payouts are still too low and should be adjusted accordingly. Even though there are many people involved, the pilot is ultimately the one that has all the responsibility and pressure on them. Additionally, when it comes to "High Value" contracts, there should be a visual observer/co-pilot assigned.

Dronebase has provided an additional revenue stream for me, their easy to use app and great staff make it a great experience.

Drone Base's pilots are random and the results are predominantly disappointing. They had to re-fly one of my sites 3x till eventually I was given a free flight. They never got it right. The footage was totally useless.

DroneBase has been an incredible value for us. We are able to source a pilot and complete flights very fast, even international flights! I highly recommend DroneBase.

Good, honest company

They pay isn’t worth the wear and tear on my equipment or my time as a commercial drone pilot. I flew three missions for them and the last one involved flying in Class B airspace near Washington, DC. I flew it exactly the way I’d flown a previous mission that had the same instructions and after I submitted the photos they changed the requirements. They wanted me to fly beyond visual line of sight, over people, houses, traffic, and obstacles. Had I known that I wouldn’t have wasted my time. I’m not going to violate Part 107 regulations and risk losing my license. Anyone who does fly the way they wanted risks getting fined, arrested, losing their drones and possibly their license. I wish I’d never wasted my time.
