I was really struggling to get a mortgage sorted until I started using Dynamo, all the team have excellent interpersonal skills, they kept me up to date with the whole process, they were always encouraging and never made me feel uncomfortable about having 'tricky' accounts and most importantly during post Covid times they got me an excellent deal, Courtney and Rhys handled my case and they have been superb!

I have used Dynamo for a few years/re-mortgages now (both residential and BTL), mainly because I have known Damien O. for 15 years (immaculate service and specialist knowledge of the market that you'd expect of a world class mortgage broker), and when Damien had moved to Dynamo a few years back, the top quality service had continued seamlessly, and equally for my 2 latest remortgages in the second half of 2022. When Damien was not available in the course of this latest mortgage process (annual leave), his colleagues and members of his team were able to answer all Q's I had, and that focus on customer needs, requirements and happiness was maintained throughout. Top marks. Regarding the BTL remortgage (which included selling of the property in my name to my Ltd company), I have encountered some difficulties with the property sale solicitors which were not diligent and have delayed the transaction (the actual mortgage offer deadline was looming). However, Chloe F, who was the case worker on my residential mortgage as well as on this BTL mortgage, has displayed exceptional enthusiasm and initiative to chase the solicitors (both sales and purchase sides, via emails and calls, weekly, then several times per week, and ultimately daily) and has proactively liaised with and chased the lender in order to mitigate the risk of the completion not meeting the lender's offer deadline. Chloe has displayed professionalism and diligence of the highest level, an exceptional and genuine interest and understanding of my situation and needs, and I am genuinely indebted to Chloe for her exemplary effort, energy and persistence to get the entire deal over the line. World class customer service, 10 out of 10, and I will certainly be recommending Dynamo to friends and family. (Oh, and by the way, Dynamo have very competitive if not probably the best deals I have seen in the market).

My wife and I own a small rental property and our letting agent suggested we contact Dynamo to discuss the upcoming landlord insurance policy required for 2023. Very pleased to say that we’ve secured a new policy with better cover for a lot less money than our previous insurer wanted for renewal.
