-10 stars. Put on to these cowboys by our estate agents! Been strung along for 4 months saying they are sorting our mortgage to be told now that it is not accepted after months chasing. No sense of urgency with them and we are about our dream house. No one cares. I’ve asked for a manager to get involved been ignored. Whenever they requested documents they told us the turn around was 15 days each time. They don’t seem to be able to actually get in touch with their own lenders for answers. Took our money and done absolutely nothing we are livid. How is this company allowed to carry on? We will be taking this further legally. Started the process 28th august it’s now 19th December and our buyers mortgage is about to run out. Trying to get through to these people is like trying to get blood out of a stone. Only time they got in touch with us was to try and sell us very pushy an insurance product for a mirtgage they haven’t even got us.
