Excellent service from some departments such as Jake but very poor customer service and follow up. Had to chase more than I would have liked and had to correct many times on basic facts

Due to a long STA we were struggling to find a lender, Adam came up with the goods and helped us navigate the application process. Once things were underway there were many challenges from the lenders, insurance and the solicitors Kiran was always on hand to help us out and kept us up to date with regular progress updates.
