Qais and Kiran have been great, I am currently in the middle of 4 vanilla BTL purchases in the Croydon area. Qais secured mortgage offers for all but two of them were offers from Molo which I found out were having issues as of late, so to pre-empt this, I got Qais to find me an alternate lender Fleet and he got this pushed through in just over 3 weeks from application to offer. I have previously used Qais whereby he got me 63%LTV equity release from a let to buy of my residential property which completed back in feb 22 which is enabling my current acquisitions. No mucking about and gets the job done. Highly recommended.
