United Kingdom | 30 November 2021Context: 1)They have inhouse underwriters for a certain lenders. 2) They have a number of websites under different names that redirects to them. First experience 2019. Buying a 4 bed HMO, broker chooses the wrong product but with the in-house underwriters and application. Application fee refunded. Deal lost. Broker fee NOT refunded. Experience 2021. Getting rates on prospective deals I'm considering. Big speech about awards etc and sends me rates without disclosing the name of the lender (they only do this when you confirm you want to go forward with an application). I compare the rate given and inform the broker of my past experience and the current rates I've been offered that are far cheaper. He doesn't address the lower rates offered by a different broker. But instead: "we don't have your details on the system." I continue asking if he thinks I'm lying and he puts the phone down: "if you don't want to use us don't call us." This suggests a few disconcerting things: 1) Staff aren't professional enough to listen to a potential client and actually put them at ease. 2) Unwilling to address the key issue: lower rates from a broker without awards 3) Had you of had my details on the system, would you have offered me a better mortgage rate in the first instance? UPDATE: They have been in touch and have put tremendous effort into turning the case around. The case handler has been very attentive and put a lot of effort into mending the bridge. More to follow hopefully.

United Kingdom | 22 November 2021Dynamo is one the worst mortgage advisor I have ever use in uk. I put in an application one for remortgage and the other one for purchase. The purchase didn't go through the advisor took the money and ask me to pay for another purchase. The remortgage was give to a company I believe the advisor gets benefits from them, vida is a company for people with bad credit. My credit is about 900 which is OK. Why should my advisor take me through them. So all the fees I paid will be gone. I have a friend who is looking for advisor is it OK to recommend them, I don't think so because they're rubbish all they're interested is to spend people's money.
