Completed a recent remortgage with Dynamo. Not good. Dynamo's mortgage broker failed to manage the mortgage application process and failed to address a formal complaint that was escalated to the mortgage lender about him and the lender's legal representative. Literally zero communication from the mortgage broker until we pushed the deal over the line and then he emailed to thank us for our hard work pushing the deal through. Dynamo's executive team also failed to contact us about the complaint and ignored our request to change brokers for another purchase. We will not use or recommend Dynamo for mortgages, remortgages or buildings insurance.

After spending many hours and going through a fair share of brokers, Rob and Chloe at Dynamo were able to quickly find the right lender and mortgage product. They then helped us through the application helping us secure the mortgage. Great service, highly recommend.
