They fully explained it all, great security, always double checked information and I’m happy with Martin & Mia and how they took care of me. If your struggling with your finances, regardless of your situation, you absolutely need to go to believe loans, we tried numerous lenders and they all fell short for one reason or another.. From start to finish believe loans were outstanding, we couldn’t have asked for anymore and they couldn’t have done anymore… I would say no word of a lie, less than 5 minutes after applying on the believe loans website, my phone was ringing and it was believe loans… Our initial phonecall was with sam,he was helpful, knowledgable, reassuring but best of all he put us at ease from the get go, he made it all seem like it was possible to resolve the financial difficulty we were in…we can’t thank him enough, because the first impression we got from Sam is exactly what we needed…gave us hope. Following finding us a lender Brooke took over as case manager, Brooke was equally as reassuring, equally as helpful and most of all she was an understanding human being, no job was too much, or to small, Brooke’s communication was outstanding throughout, we were kept up to date with everything, no corners were cut and she honestly couldn’t have done anymore, Brooke was back and forth sorting everything with the lender sorting things with us, the service was just second to none, not often you can say that in the world we live in but both Sam and Brooke have helped change our families fortunes and honestly we didn’t think it would be possible. If your lucky enough to get these two on your case, your in the best possible hands and they will work tirelessly to get you the result your looking for. Honestly to sam and to Brooke, we Thankyou so much for your hard work, we are extremely grateful.
