The agent Jo that I had a lengthy conversation with regarding my medical conditions was so understanding and helpful. He advised me that an annual travel policy was cheaper than a single trip. I received a copy of my policy almost immediately via email and after reading it I phoned and spoke to Stuart who put my mind a rest about a query I had.

I was spoken to by a lovely lady called Hilda. She was so helpful, proffessional and cheerful. She answered all my questions and assisted me adding another medical condition. I'm deaf but she spoke very clear and repeated things I missed hearing.

Excellent help from Harry. Talked through everything in a way that was easily understood. Received a great price for ourselves, for a worldwide annual policy, and then added our grandchildren for a nominal amount. Very happy 😊

As far as booking goes, the procedure was clear and the agent helpful with requests that were not straightforward. I appreciate being able to buy partial insurance excluding specific conditions. As with all who buy insurance, we hope we will never learn how well the claims procedure runs.

He made policy easy for me to understand. Only problem I had was he said I would get email confirmation in 15minutes. Which I never got but phoned in next day & it was sent straight away.
