Found the website a bit confusing as when added discount code it put price up then got confirmation email that was greater than price I thought I had checked out. Not very user friendly and feel I was misled about price then overcharged. Subsequent lengthy phone call proved very frustrating and failed to get satisfactory resolution.

Easy to use website with prices bettering other quotes I got. Difficult getting travel insurance when over 80. More so if you have declared medical condition(s) - even though they are not serious and have never necessitated a claim on a policy. Only gave 4* simply because the proof is in the pudding if it becomes necessary to make a claim on this new policy.
