Urban Tropicana is probably my favourite shop! The people are so lovely and knowledgeable and the plants are well cared for and really decently priced. My favourite bit is probably the discounted section which tends to have really good plants which only need a little of extra love. Keep it going guys ~ you’re brilliant!

Great experience at Urban Tropicana (Chiswick). Sorted out a couple of total plant novices with some marvellous additions for our new home. Store is a cornucopia of wondrous greenery. I bought a bird of paradise from Urban Tropicana in January and it had to be repotted. I've just used their very efficient repotting service. Left the plant in their capable hands and next day they gave me a call to pick it up. Very happy with the service and the advice Urban Tropicana provided. Highly recommended.
