The staff were very friendly and helpful. When looking for a plant I can understand the environment they need to stay at and how often they need to be watered. Polite staff and great customer service.

I visited Urban Tropicana a week ago to purchase a plant as a gift for someone close to me. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful in identifying something that would fit him well, assisting in choosing a pot, and sharing tips about maintenance and plant food. The plant in question was beautiful and he loved it! I will definitely be back time and time again.

Excellent customer service, I like the fact staff talk to you like a friend and they remember regular customers names. They have wide variety of rare plants that can be difficult to get elsewhere and the prices are very reasonable. I like that the staff go out of their way to help with purchases and have great plant knowledge. I’m definitely going to continue to buy more rare plants from Urban Tropicana. I’ve already purchased many plants from UT my home is like a mini jungle. Whenever I’ve ordered plants they are perfectly packed and the staff are good at upselling.

The guy was Really nice and helpful with suggestions based on what I was looking for and my ‘experience’ with plants. You could tell he knew a lot and was super nice and patient when I was deciding what por to buy for my plant.

Steve and Lewis are so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I always leave with a smile on my face and a bag full of really high quality plants and plant related paraphernalia.
