The experience would've be 5 starts if not for the complexity of locating the collection warehouse in London. I was collecting crates in my own. I put the address (151 Scrubs Lane) in the google maps, but the navigator directed me only the Texaco gas station which is before the place where warehouse is situated. To approach the warehouse you need to drive further down the road from A40 (I will say at least 700 meters, or maybe more), pass under the rail bridge and only then turn to the warehouse facility. So if the information can be updated on the website to help future customers to locate the place it would be very good.
