Crates turned up on time, only two stuck together in the way that tea chests can occasionally self-weld. And they were picked up on time. Owing to personal circumstances, I had to arrange to extend the lease on some of the crates, again worked out seamlessly. My only niggle was the lack of a confirmation first time and the second attempt not coming through until three days later. I don’t know why (me, crate-hire, email exchange servers) but that _was_ an inconvenience. Offer text message confirmation maybe?
