They matched the EXACT paint colour of my vehicle. The instructions are super easy to follow. The best part is seeing the before and after photos which simply amazes me on how much the scratches are pretty much unnoticeable.

I ordered a Chipex kit to repair a very obvious scratch on the rear of my Caterham. They took care to supply the correct (non-standard) colour for the car. Am very pleased with the result - I know where the scratch was, but I don’t think anyone else would find it!

I was recommended Chipex on a BMW forum in order to touch up a supermarket scratch, and well I have to admit the colour match is fantastic. I’d recommend watching a few YouTube videos on how to apply this stuff but its easy enough to use. Make sure that you take the recommendation from YouTube and buy some cocktail sticks to use, this will help the filler paint to get further into the required area.

I've done lots of 'touch ups' on cars over the years with great success and thought to try Chipex. Unfortunately, after 10 attempts and following the instructions to the letter, I just can't get it to work to cover a deepish scratch on a wheel arch. I feel I've wasted a lot of money buying this product. It doesn't work! Don't bother with it.

Not perfect but much better than before Upon the advice of chipex fb team I used this product on the front corner bumper It’s okay, not amazing but better than what it was. For c£45 I can’t really complain. It’s still a bit dull in that area despite polishing it loads. I resorted to using another compound and polish which worked much better. The product doesn’t work well on deeper hairline scratches, I tried 20times to fill in, use the blending or just the polish but it wouldn’t fix it. Did improve it a little but still visible. Patience is the key for using this product! Customer care was good, they advised I can wash the polish cloth but when they said that was a mistake (after I’d done it), they replaced it quickly. I’d get the paint but look at other compound/polishing products.

I’m on my third kit from Chipex (for different cars). One for my former black Tesla model S and two for my Porsches. One of them in a rare “felsengrün” color. The other one in a metallic black. 100% color match. The kits are easy to work with and make a big difference on the appearance of my cars. Highly recommended.

I got a rock chip on the hood of my 2022 Ford Bronco. I was skeptical of using touch up paint because I have never had any luck with it in the past. The Chipex system works great. I am very pleased with the results and the chip is gone.

Bought the kit after scraping my door. Originally received blue paint, but this was rectified really quickly with no issues at all. Received correct pain 2 days later. This kit was so easy to use and the results are fantastic. Theres a huge amount of paint included, and the instructions are very straight forward. Great product, saved me a fortune. Good company. I ordered a small bottle of touch up paint and had to cancel as was leaving the country. Refund came within two days and they were kind enough to leave a good message. When I come to finally fixing the scratch on the car I'll buy from these guys.

I have been touching up my cars with factory touch up paint for 25 years, I wish I had been using this the whole time. The paint matches well, and the blending process eliminates the paint bubbles and over paint on chips. It looks significantly better than the way I have always done it. Great product, will use from now on.

Emailed Chipex NO reply.. can honestly say waste of money! Even with professional person trying the product it was a negative. Can honestly say it’s advertised excellently and looks brilliant. Wished it done what it said on the web site.. better of putting money towards smart repair with a local firm. Sadly I slate the product! But if Chipex wish to prove to me this works and will come out and then I’d be more than happy to do a follow up review on TrustPilot

I was honestly thinking this wouldn't work. I read others saying it takes a few tries, I thought how can you keep painting the same area? surely it will look messy. Anyway the first try left a dimple in the paint, so I realised to load the paint higher, then wait and smooth it off. It works, I was amazed.

First paint supplied did not match the car colour. Replacement paint sent by chipex after contacting them did match. Same problem though: The blending solution completely removes the paint on shallow scratches, no matter how long or short I leave the paint to dry. (I have read the instructions many times). Deeper scratches seem to fair a little better, but on shallow scratches it's a pointless exercise. To my mind this is no better that a pot of Halfords touch up paint, plus some white spirit and polish, no matter what the marketing says.

Paint doesn’t work well at all. Even with a half centimetre chip, the paint can never lay flat. When contacted customer service they said it’s difficult to get good result when it’s that size (half a cm really?) they advertise pictures of before and after of much bigger scratches and deeper scratches. So those are clearly false. Haven’t heard more from them on email since my last reply. Will stay away as they seem to falsely advertise and shy away when asked about that.
