Great customer service! Order and delivery fantastic. The first touch up colour I received was great quality, however a little darker than my vehicle colour. I mentioned this in the first review and James from Chipex got in touch and told be he’d found a lighter version of the colour. I received this a few days later at no extra charge and it’s spot on! Really good customer service. Highly recommend these guys. My van is ex British Gas blue so it’s not the kind of colour you can find in the stores (at least I don’t think you can). Well worth checking these guys out.

Not one who has touched up scratches in the past I was apprehensive of the claims made by Chipex and I also had concerns about the colour match - all my fears were laid to rest after doing the first of my two scratches. The colour match was perfect and even a non-DIY'er like myself managed to get the job done extremely well. Idiotproof. Brilliant.

After multiple attempt to cover up a few stone chips .I cannot get a good finish if use to much liquid it washes the paint out .Tried using very little liquid and block no progress does not smooth out .Tried polishing to get smooth finish .I still cannot get a satisfactory finish

New car - small garage. Door opened into garage wall with corresponding damage to door edge paint. Being slightly pessimistic - I went ahead and ordered chipex after having read some reviews - having used other 'repair solutions' previously which proved to be poor. Easy to order, easy to follow instructions, and for once it did as it says. Applied two coats, let it bake off then used the solution to smooth out and polished - very happy.

Used the tri-coat chip on my White Tesla, great results, far better than I was expecting given my lack of skill and the complexity of a tri coat. In the sunlight you can't even see the repair! Recommended!

Great product, good match

I tried and tried and tried to repair some chips on the front of my 2018 Royal Magenta Mustang GT. After each try, the chip looked worse than before. On the biggest and deepest chip, the "blending solution" worked it's way under the clearcoat and lifted it away from the paint. What a horrible experience on an awful product.

Bought this product to repair small paint chips on Mercedes metallic bright blue. Read all the reviews and watch the youtube reviews and followed instructions. Could not get the paint to bind properly and kept wiping off with blender liquid. So decided to let it harden over night and then wet sanded with P2500 and finished with machine cut and polish. Results pretty good though not perfect. Colour match is not right after process - little darker than original. However, would defy anybody to find the original chip! 😁 Body shop guy said this is pretty typical for bright metallic finishes. Overall happy but a lot more work than Chipex would have you believe.

I bought this to touch up some light scratches and a couple of deeper ones. It hasn’t worked for either - it has slightly masked the appearance of the deeper scratches, but the paint has completely rubbed off the light scratches during blending. I followed the instructions to a T. I tried 3 times and got the same result each time - not sure if it is down to the brushes being too small as hard to get correct coverage. Overall seems a waste of £40.

I purchased the large kit in Oxford white. If you know this color it is very difficult to match but chipex was spot on!! First you need to understand what this product is and how to use it. Nothing will be like factory but this is better than any touch up kit I’ve used before. Read the directions and practice as it will make the repairs much better once you understand how the product works. -Keep the vehicle in the shade. -Clean the chipped area very well prior to painting -Take your time not all chips are the same so it takes a bit of practice to get the paint the way you want it. Solid product with spot on color matching!

Chipex is easy to use and I love the results on my Mach-E. I have use other touchup products but they don't come near the results with Chipex! I highly recommend it.

Exemplary to be honest; does what it advertises ! wish I'd taken pictures now !! simple to use, clear instructions, everything is in the cylinder and its easy ! Some of my bonnet stone chips and a door dink needed a few applications but it warns of that in the instructions ! Mine's VW metallic which surprisingly the paints a spot on match ! Cheers and money well spent

Good product as described

I followed all the instructions, even watched it on you tube a few times. The colour has not blended in well at all. I may need to machine polish these areas to correct properly. I would not recommend this product.

This product is the best solution I have found for touching up the odd scratch, highly recommended since it does exactly what is says on the tin.

Does a great job on small chip and issues. Passes the eyeball test.

I did have my doubts about it but seeing my car before I used it to after I just couldn’t believe the difference it’s made I would definitely recommend to anyone
