Good customer service and a good pice

I spoke to several small business insurance companies just to get GL for what I do. It was a nightmare after all the questions, saying no to so many of their questions they would still deny you or pass you onto another insurance company, but not Insureon, My agent Paola was incredible, helpful, replied to my questions & did not turn me down. I worked with Ashley Woody and Stephen Carey for my commercial insurance needs. My experience with both of them was the most pleasurable as they worked quickly to get my policy issued. Ashley was extremely pleasant to speak with and she quickly connected me with Stephen, who had been assigned as my account manager. Once I was connected with Stephen, he was "johnny on the spot". The entire process was without any problems. The staff was very knowledge and professiona.

I have been with Insureon for more than 10 years. I have been unable to speak to a live agent. Everyone that I have spoken to put me back on the main menu, and nobody picked up or returned my call. All I wanted was an updated certificate of insurance, I have been unable to get one and correct an incorrect address. This will be the last time that I will be renewing my policy, as your customer service stinks.

I have tried canceling this policy for two years and have even called Hiscox, My credit card company is declining your payment.
