Great service to make sure we were covered for our work in community gardens.

I responded to an email about the accuracy of my policy with some items that weren’t correct and I have not heard back, again… I am very disappointed with the lack of response from my customer service person… Update- I just read the review they posted and still have not heard anything from my customer service person

My experience great as the fact they were able to get me a quote and insured immediately. I would, however, like to see a response times a little quicker on the customer service side of it or additional questions. Not enough right now to drop my star rating however, I didn’t notice that when I was getting a quote my time waiting for a response was much shorter.

I had switched to this insurance company for workman's comp they had quoted me a price that was reasonable. One month into my policy they raised my rates $1,500. Another month goes by and they raise my rates of $4,000. I went from paying just over 9,000 to paying $15,000 annually. I am a small business with three employees. They are deceitful, they will lead you along to get you to sign a contract and then raise your rates. I will be reporting this company the Better Business Bureau.
