They don't tell you that they do not submit general liability policies to the CCB like most insurance providers. When our agent is out of the office the people who are suppose to cover simply ignore us. We have had them for about two years or so and there is problem after problem. Each time our policy reaches the end of its cycle they issue a new policy instead of renewing the old one claiming: "its best to re issue for the best rate" which is simply not true. They also don't tell you they will be re issuing and so each time our CCB license almost gets suspended. Any issue you may have gets a: "if we don't know we can't help" response. They get two stars instead of one simply for the fact that they do issues us our insurance. Looking forward to the usual hogwash response from them if they see this. Likely will be something putting the blame on us as usual.
