I renewed policy and paid for it At renewal date, instead of sending me a certificate of coverage, I was informed my policy expired and I was no longer covered. The agent did not return my calls. Got corrected but only after I finally was able to speak to another person.

Well, I've responded to 3 emails and in a month, still haven't had the truck on the road yet. would much rather be making money, no offense, life has pinned us to our paperwork and made it harder to remotely make a living.

It took weeks for the online sales rep to provide me with policy and provider options, which didn’t actually seem to be catered to my business’ needs. When I tried to customize the policies and her search results, it took a few more days to get a response, only to find it didn’t include the coverage I requested and needed. I had to follow-up multiple times before she finally responded again, and then I had to wait three additional weeks before she found a plan that included the coverage. They clearly do not care about their customers, only about how many they can enroll and collect commissions off of.

the experience was not good. it took awhile to get things straightened up. I ended up calling the service provider to clear things up. The insureon agent was nice was not really knowledgeable about my situation.
