Difficulty in getting any responses from representatives. Unable to get assistance even in the cases of adding services and policies. Constantly getting referred to another representative and don't get return calls or email responses.

Why don’t you just send it with the renewal bill like the car insurance companies do. It would make more sense and I wouldn’t have to waste my time trying to get the right person on the phone each year. Brilliant idea!

United States | 10 April 2024There were many hidden fees that I was not aware off. $100 SERVICE FEE- $10 CONVENIENCE FEES & 229.91 INTEREST FEE. I only signed a document agreeing to coverage The docusign that I signed did not show a service fee or an interest fee. When I asked the original representative that I was working with if I could pay in full, they told me there would be no difference in pricing. I did not sign an agreement to finance this policy, yet some how I have to pay an interest fee. I have no copy of said financing agreement. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING THIS POLICY.
