She looks out for the best interests of our small business, ensuring we get the best coverage for our specific needs and is very responsive when we do have questions about coverage that must satisfy our customer (the U.S. Government).

The quote was considerably cheaper than other quotes and the process was easy with exceptional response time from the agent. His name was Alejandro Ponce and he was very helpful in making sure my policy met the needs of my clients. In a time when customer service is nearly non-existent, it is refreshing to do business with a company that builds their business on a foundation of great customer service. Thank you Alejandro!

Very bad,supposed to add 2 car in the insurance, they did the premium with out the cars and told me after payments that the rate was no include with the cars,very disappointing and also didn't gave me full refund for cancel.However at the beginning i ask quote with the cars.

I think that even asking "what went wrong this time" is indicative you are aware of the issues. Horrible customer service. Difficulty in getting any responses from representatives. Unable to get assistance even in the cases of adding services and policies. Constantly getting referred to another representative and don't get return calls or email responses.

I have to call every year to get the new certificate of insurance declaration page for my policy for the current year. Why don’t you just send it with the renewal bill like the car insurance companies do. It would make more sense and I wouldn’t have to waste my time trying to get the right person on the phone each year. Brilliant idea!

There were many hidden fees that I was not aware off. $100 SERVICE FEE- $10 CONVENIENCE FEES & 229.91 INTEREST FEE. I only signed a document agreeing to coverage The docusign that I signed did not show a service fee or an interest fee. When I asked the original representative that I was working with if I could pay in full, they told me there would be no difference in pricing. I did not sign an agreement to finance this policy, yet some how I have to pay an interest fee. I have no copy of said financing agreement. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING THIS POLICY.
