Website was easy to use. Andrew followed up early the next business day. Even though it was a bit time consuming to get all the information requested, we were glad to have a representative was wanted to make sure we got the right insurance we needed and took his time. Many other insurance companies that we called just gave us a quick quote, reps don't know if it was right for our business, and want to just hang up quickly.

It felt more rushed/complicated than it needed to be. It didn't feel like a recommendation to help us find the best solution. We were renewing a policy and wanted some guidance but didn't get any. The person was really nice and friendly but not very knowledgeable about our business type or needs. We had to ask a lot of questions about the coverage as our needs changed and all the answers were just more PDFs that we had to scour through to find (what we hope) is the answer. When we found an error in the policy about a specific question, we were told "That question was not important" It felt like an answer to keep us from reviewing the renewal again which could have lowered our costs.
