Now the second time in 3 years my renewal is communicated from the carrier to Insureon on at least two dates in December and this mickey mouse company can't even monitor communications and notify me. Wholly inept. If I don't have this insurance for my business I am legally obligated to notify my clients and without E&O insurance what client would let me operate without coverage? Let alone how inept it makes me look. Then, when lapsed coverage may be reinstated, what client would just welcome back the consultant that let his insurance lapse? They don't care why, I just look like a fool. And the excuse? Your rep was on leave. Same excuse as two years ago. If I didn't do their job for them and reach out this would have never been caught. And THEY MAKE COMMISSION OFF MY BACK AND DO NOTHING!!! This is so serious I filed a complaint with the State Insurance Board. These people need to be held accountable. And when I escalate and get the same guy I got two years ago, and he transfer me to MY AGENT, she really could not care less, responds without any urgency, blames and points figures at others and has the audacity to start defending herself as not being in the wrong. If SHE is MY agent then SHE could at least review ALL of HER accounts and it would be so ridiculously obvious my policy has had no movement or response that she should reach out to me. NOPE. Just ineptitude, inaction and a wholesale lack of accountability and urgency. I have since secured a list of approved brokers from the carrier and in the process of replacing Insureon. What a completely horrible experience. ALLOW ME TO RETORT! Nice try lying in your response. Prior years ABSOLUTELY WERE NOT WITHOUT ISSUE. TRY READING WHAT I WROTE. TWO YEARS AGO YOU DID THE SAME, HORRIBLE THING TO ME. So, please spare me your attempt to show the world your actually competent. You are not. Secondly, the ONLY reason my renewal this year and two years ago WAS NOT Missed IS BECAUSE I DID YOUR WORK FOR YOU. Imagine you earn commission for doing absolutely ZERO WORK. Then in two, non-sequential years you're mickey mouse response as to why you missed the renewal of the single-most important line of coverage for my business which, without I must cease operations and notify my client of such, is "Oh, you're rep is on a leave of absence." Really? Two years? That's a long Leave of Absence!!! And when I get my new rep to contact me she couldn't care less and responds without any sense of accountability or responsibility, but instead with excuses and defending herself that it's not her fault, you all deserve the complaint I filed with the State because here you are defending your actions again with excuses that "Well it was renewed within the acceptable timeline." BECAUSE OF ME NOT A THING YOU DID!!!! You are a mickey mouse clown show and the whole world needs to see it so they can avoid the risk YOU BRING to other businesses. What a joke.

Been with Philadelphia for 20 years. Affordable and easy to work with. With insureon now who I deal with, it’s not quite as easy as it used to be. But still very good.
