Rep was good and said would correct to one million. She learned that the policy from the company was only a hundred thousand and sent me the cancellation form. Took 11 days to receive refund.

You allowed my initial policy to lapse for nonpayment because you never sent a bill, jeopardizing by business and credentials with the federal government. The original policy from summer 2023 involved terrible service and took several weeks of constant follow-up with agent, resulting in nothing more than taking my $70 and no policy issued.
