Rep was good and said would correct to one million. She learned that the policy from the company was only a hundred thousand and sent me the cancellation form. Took 11 days to receive refund.

United States | 29 January 2024This is NOT addressing current policy handled quite efficiently by Jennifer. It regards earlier policy with prior agent. You allowed my initial policy to lapse for nonpayment because you never sent a bill, jeopardizing by business and credentials with the federal government. The original policy from summer 2023 involved terrible service and took several weeks of constant follow-up with agent, resulting in nothing more than taking my $70 and no policy issued.
