After I paid the fee of $110.00 this company sent me an email stating they required a copy of my license and social security card. I did not have my physical SS card and could not apply for a replacement due to long phone wait time. I requested a refund. Karma kept 25.00 stating it spent time on getting my rental info. That is false. They did nothing. They also told me I tried to give false information and my rent was more than 30 days late. This is also false. DO NOT USE

Recommend this to anyone who is paying rent and needs to raise their credit. Setup was super easy, and raised my score tremendously. 5 months after starting I purchaed my home. Cancelling was smooth and I was reimbursed for the prorated amount. Very professional and helpful on the phone both times. Excellent service!!!
