My experience with Rental Kharma was amazing! Brian Hensley did a great job of explaining to me how this service works. He is truly passionate about his job, and it reflects in his customer service. I am definitely satisfied with my results. In less than a week, my score increased 50 points!

I've been with RK for going on 2 years and they have been great thus far. Customer Service is both extremely personal and personable. Erik, especially, has helped me several times throughout the process and he's been prompt, friendly, and super helpful. Will be sticking with them for sure. Thanks, guys!

I always knew about Rental Kharma and just recently dived into it. My wife and I connected with Brian Hensley an account Rep. with Rental Karma and like he said an Atomic Bomb went off lol. My wife's score jumped 91 points. I'm still anticipating what my score is going to do but seeing my wife's score was proof enough for me. Thanks a lot Brian.

Terrible!!! Never verified with my landlord and when I tried to explain that the name that they had for that number I had given then was wrong. I had to explain 3xs and would not understand and she just said “ I’m canceling your account and hung up on me! I called back and she said she was the manager. The name she gave me was Shanice and I told her I wanted to speak with someone higher she was she was the one. Stated the CEO was in Tennessee and they don’t have a corporate. And no phone number. Terrible customer service.

I generally don't write reviews. But my experience with Brian was amazing today. He explained how rent reporting works and provided with information to help me best decision. He even asked about my current situation with COVID during this business call and was wonderful to chat with. I appreciate business who hire people who know very well how to treat customer. Everything worked out as they promised. Customer service is good and if you need to cancel there are no games. The only area for improvement I can list is that they only are able to post to TransUnion and not the other bureaus.

This company stated that they could raise my credit score which they did and then a month later it went down about 20 points and then it went up about 20 points the following month. On Feb 4th, I sent an email trying to get an explanation and was told that I would need to wait a little while and call back in a month which I did. The fellow there (ERIK) said that he would have to setup a conference call with me. Which was scheduled for 3/9/20 at 10am. Eriik was a no show. I called customer service and another fellow said Erik was in a meeting and that he would have to put together the report and send it to me later that day. It never came. On Mar 13th, I called and talked with the lady there and told her my story of what had happened and she said that they (Erik) would have to put together a report and email it to me. At this point she said that when I talked to Erik on the 9th of March he was working on the report. I told her that I didn't talk to Erik, I talked to another gentleman who specifically said that Erik was busy in a meeting. She said no that I had talked to Erik. I told her then that was a lie either way because when i called after the missed conference call, I was told that Erik was unavailable and in a meeting or else Erik was pretending to be someone else. I asked for a manager and she said that she was the supervisor. I asked for the owner and she said that he was out of town setting up a new location in Tennessee. I asked for his phone number and she said it was the same phone number as customer service and that he wouldn't be back for a while. I cancelled my account and asked for a full refund, She said that 90 days had passed and that she could refund my payment from yesterday but that was all. I enrolled on Nov 12 2019 and I inquired about this issue on Feb 5 and was told to wait a month which took me out of the 90 day money back period. I have all of my emails and conversations documented for evidence. To this day I do not know what happened with my FICO scores except that the scores that I get from my bank and from my credit cards differ greatly from what Rental Karma shows. My credit and my wife's credit score and my credit scores were both good prior to subscribing to Credit Karma and we have done nothing to impact them negatively. The scores that Wells Fargo and Bank of America send me every month are very consistent and the Bank of America scores are from Transunion. Transunion is the same company that Rental Karma claims it claims will see the increase from exclusively. The Bank of America scores and Rental Karma score differ greatly. I was also told in a threatening kind of way when I said to cancel my account - "You know that this will show as a cancellation on your credit report" I said "what do you mean by that"? "Are you saying I will be penalized for cancelling because of your unsatisfactory service? I filed with the Better Business Bureau and they said that after unsuccessful 2 attempts to contact Rental Karma they were still trying to get a reply to my complaint.

Signed up today for Rental Karma. My representative was Monica Rameriz and here professionalism and attention to detail was great. I was initially concerned that this might be another fly-by-night thing and all they wanted was my money. Wrong, they are the real deal and I'm eager to see my score start climbing. Monica handled all the details with my landlord and me and vwala! My on-time rent payments can now be part of my credit worthiness. Thank you Rental Karma! Than you Monica Ramerez!

My experience has been so swift and efficient! Thank you Lynne for being so quick to respond to me and create a game plan for my goals! I’m so grateful! I signed up March 11th and March 17th my scores on credit karma went up 60 points for trans union! This is just the beginning. Can’t wait for more results, as I do my part to keep the score increases going!

Rental Kharma is absolutely fantastic! It was a very slow go repairing my credit until I added rental Kharma getting credit for paying rent increased my credit score 68 points in just 3 months. So far so good...Monica has been very helpful and prompt on her response time with my inquiries. My score literally did go up about 27 points after I signed up. She is also very encouraging. I'm going to stick with this a few more months to see how it goes. No complaints should we stay on a steady increase due to me also doing the right thing I'll keep it.

Idk why I'm paying for this service I haven't seen anything change in my credit profile. I have been using this service for a long time and nothing. I know as soon as I cancel it tho my score is going to drop.
